Nope, the only helmet logo prior to the iconic U was the progressive Bull. There was a helmet with the old USF logo when we announced we were getting a team. But that was just a promotional type thing. There was a picture in the Tampa Tribune with Lee Roy Selman and that helmet, but never worn in any games.

I did a quick scan across ebay and amazon and found none. That's odd. They were all over the place not too long ago. I'll keep my eyes open.
