So putting USF in the same class as DePaul is an insult to DePaul. Before you ask the last time they went was 2004.(NCAA). If he was looking for the what have you done for me lately - ok but otherwise he FAILS his history test.

And did you take a break from watching sports since then? Pretty much all of sports, football especially, is "what have you done for me lately?" DePaul has been awful since we've been in the BE - we have as well, but at least we've shown recent promise ... DePaul, not so much.

Trip ... 1) this is a basketball thread. Syracuse has had a great basketball team. Are your reading abilities on the wane? 2) If I could explain Syracuse football, I'd be making much more money, probably wouldn't be posting here (as often) and would more than likely be someone you have heard of in real life by now. Football was mentioned as an aside, not specifically about realignment ... didnt think i would need to hash it out like this, but whatever. This article I referenced in the OP was clearly about basketball. The argument had progressed to DePaul's accomplishments vs. those of USF. Also, you and I know it's not about "what have you done for me lately" with regard to realignment, but it seems to be the topic du jour of national sports media ... Clear now? We've been more recently than DePaul.
