The Feb ritual. The documents shown above are "offers" which can be issued after Aug 1 . Kind of a pre offer offer. http://msnbcmedia.msn.com/i/CNBC/Sections/News_And_Analysis/__Story_Inserts/graphics/__PDF/NLI_2010_2011.pdf How far before February do those go out? It says it's invalid 14 days after recieving, but cannot be signed until 7:00am on NSD. What about those guys that wait until after NSD? 14-Day Signing Deadline. If my parent/legal guardian and I fail to sign this NLI and accompanying offer of athletics financial aid (see institutional policy for parent/legal guardian signature) within 14 days after the date of issuance, it will be invalid. In that event, another NLI may be issued within the appropriate signing period Football (Regular Period) February 2, 2011 April 1, 2011 Which means they can just ask for another one at anytime before April 1st since its still within the signing period (using the dates of this particular document.) You can tell a kid he has an offer and a full ride, but if you mail a fancy certificate to his home...it makes it feel more real, It's tangible. Something about having it in writing makes it special. And hey, if it works for them..it works for me lol Edited August 5, 2013 by Hem

By contrast, Skip Holtz's three signing days as Bulls coach featured six total players from bay area schools, counting Sarasota-Manatee. Including the two southern counties, Taggart's first two Bulls signing classes will feature 17 local players. http://www.tampabay.com/sports/colleges/usf-confident-it-can-challenge-louisville/2162073

I say our team is complete with 3 or 4 more players and save the rest of the spots for potential transfers or retroactive status for 2015. My fantasy pick ups would take: Mack Johnson Jackson Jojo Robinson
