Shocked they are trading Reyes and Buehrle this fast along with others. Thought it might be several years. Still can't believe they ripped off Miami w/ a stadium.

Miami fans should be upset that they didn't even get a reach around

Last years experiment may be the worst one year push ever. Complete failure.

They make the late 2000 mets debacle look good.

Wow, nice trade for the Blue Jays. Rays have a bit more tough company now in the AL East. Pretty horrible of the Marlins to do that.

As a pure baseball move this was likely a good trade, All of the players traded were over paid. The trade reminds me of the Red Sox Dodgers earlier this year. We get out from under the contracts. However no free agent will ever sign in Miami now. Loria needs to go.

Wrong because the point you made. No one will sign with miami and most playersmwould play in fenway AND I'm sure the marlims arent willing to spend the money again...no one came when they did, no one comes when they don't...so might as well not spend it.

I mean you wonder how people so high up have jobs...who would build that stadium in a city where people are dead from the neck up when it comes to sports. Insane. Doesn't take a genius or number crunchers to realize no one down there cares.

Marlins owners are a joke and should be forced to sell the team. Is there a minimum salary cap? If not then there should be. This is a disgrace to the residents of Dade county and to all baseball fans.
