The funniest part of that video is at the 2:51 mark. Victor Marc totally clotheslines a celebrating Todd Chandler without missing a beat. Chandler just pops right back up and continues bouncing up and down.

Holtz needs to take the passion and put it on the sidelines... doing it behind closed doors doesn't do any good when the team needs a kick in the ass during the game.

There have been plenty of coaches that have succeeded without going apeshite on the sidelines.

I like it. If he's this way behind the scenes and we never knew it then great. If he's adapting his coaching and personality to try and be more successful, also great. The players look like they are really enjoying themselves in those high lights, I really hope the staff and players can come together and win some more games. If Holtz changing his tune is the difference maker then I hope he keeps it up.
