Seth was able to polish a turd and add a little talent like Dowdell, and turn a hapless team into a .500 ACC team.

Hey, great props to Death Row all these years later from a Roanoke Times writer.

Thats pretty cool that teams not associated with our program know about the infamous Death Row.  Although as I remember, Bill Foster, the former Vtech coach had quite the run in with Death Row two years in  row.  Things got real heated both years, the first year him taunting the Row because vtech won.  The next when USF pounced on them was revenge for the row.  From what I hear he was the one using some pretty vulgar language both years.  I think one of his assistants had to be restrained on the way to the bus under the loading docks after the game because he was so mad at the constant heckling that went on.  No wonder the va press still knows about it.

Sure would be nice if some freshman and sophs got off their ass and started a new death row going into BE play.  Just think about it, you get coverage in the NY Times.  That would be awesome.
