I took this a step further. I got a list of all 124 FBS coaches. Filters applied: making <1.5m, more than a 55% winning record, and have been with the school from 2-10 years

Pay out Skip's 2.5 at $500,000 over 5 years, with a stipulation that if he takes another coaching job we do not have to pay him anymore.

The contract is already signed, we aren't adding stipulations now. Both parties would have to agree.

by buyout would be paid over a few years. but it will be fully paid to him regardless if he took another job. right now his only hope would be to go back to c-usa or an atlantic sun school
