My only issue is so yeah, lets say he fires Cosh. Whoopdee f*ckin do. He's got a scapegoat and gets a clean slate. The problems run so much deeper than that. It will buy him time but who has confidence in his ability hire somebody and right this ship? He's in over his head.

it's holtz scheme. cosh runs it. he coaches not to lose. that's why we play prevent on 3rd and longs and end of game. he never gambles. never brings pressure in key situations. there is a reason our secondary looks so bad and it' s because we expect them to cover for 6+ seconds while our d line gets no pressure. if you can't get there with 4 then bring 5 or 6. give him 2 seconds . not 6 to let a deep out develop 2 or 3 times on last drive. disgusting.

we dont play prevent because we're afraid of losing, WE DON'T HAVE THE TALENT IN THE SECONDARY TO RUN ANYTHING ELSE!

Our corners f'n suck (outside of Webster) and our safeties are young and getting terrible coaching.

I promise you if we had two guys like Jenkins and Trae on this team we wouldn't be playing this **** style defense. We have no lockdown guys or pure man coverage guys. They get exposed too easily and we are forced to play a lot of zone.

More pressure on the QB will help, but we still have a horrible secondary.
