Looking again at that pic, Lattimore and Kayvon both have their back to the LOS ... kind of hard to make a play when you have no idea when the ball will be thrown. Wasn't that something that was going to be worked on over the bye week?

If Lattimore was a few steps further back had turned around, then that pass wouldn't have been completed would have been at least batted down, or might have been intercepted.

FTFY.

You're just looking at a still shot. When they showed the replay on tv Lattimore was looking right at the QB. There wasn't even a crossing WR/RB in front of him.

Gotcha. Never saw the replay, the play happened on the opposite side of the field as me. But your description makes it sound even worse than I thought it was.

I just shook my head because he had to know that WR was in that part of the field. With no one inf front of him he should have dropped further back into coverage.

Well, it's obvious he wasn't in anybody's zone. So, really no one is at fault. I'm proud of the effort the guys put out. - Skip Holtz (not an actual quote)

I personally was thinking the pic we would see is when skip and cosh were on camera together on the sidelines and skip looks at cosh asking a question and cosh responds by putting the palms of his hands up and shakes his head and looks like he says " I don't know"

didn't Holtz say a week or two ago that teams will continue to exploit a weakness until you figure out how to stop it?

I am so sick of seeing gaping holes in coverage with Cosh's soft zone D.

We have a linebacker, safety and corner pictured above watching Louisville catch the game winning TD.

I'd rather get beat playing man. At least these kids would know who the hell they are supposed to cover.

Pick the object that is not like the others...
