This should finally get us ranked in the Moral Victories poll. I'm sure if Skipbot could feel human emotions he'd be ecstatic.

Before the game, everyone said we would get blown out. We just lost by two points on the road to the #16 team in the nation. Our best game of the year, by far. The coaching staff made several positive adjustments during the break. Our running game with Lamar and Shaw was terrific. The defense played a very good game, completely shutting down the run and getting Bridgewater off his stride in the second half. Even special teams played well.

Nothing to be ashamed of today.

It will be a sad day in USF football when these kinds of sentiments carry the day. We are better than that (or should be). We played a decent team and lost. Nothing to be ashamed of there. We looked like our coaching staff didn't even understand the rules of the game... probably a bit embarrassing for an academic institution!

Overall, like FSU, better than expected -- but this team has set the bar amazingly low.
