In addition, USF has 10 days to comply with Florin's subpoena for all correspondence by USF officials pertaining to Leavitt's firing. McCrea said no such correspondence exists because university president Judy Genshaft and athletic director Doug Woolard do not use e-mail.

That is not true... I can pull them up in the USF Outlook Global Address List... maybe what they meant is that they don't actually manage their own e-mail and that they pay someone to read and send e-mails for them.

I'm glad my university president isn't glued to her screen ready to personally address our football concerns. I know she cares deeply, but I hope her priorities are a little different.
