Make one of the above Interim HC and keep the payroll low for the 2013 season. If great success, we'll cross that bridge with increased season tix sales. Go Bulls !!! Cheating follows this guy around for a reason.

It is not realistic. Cristobal would be a home run, he'll be at a major program soon.

If he was the coordinator at pittsburgh. I really like that offense. I think it would be an upgrade to what we do now. We need to committ to one or the other. Offensive minded coach who is hands on play caller or defensive minded coach who is tough and will get these boys tough. It doesnt work to dabble in both or let your coordinators do it. We need a leader.

Why? Because this is USF, they don't make splashy hires, and they don't make good hires. At least not in the sports that count. Accept it. I really have no pipe dream coordinators to offer up. I think the next coach needs to be defensive minded though. I think it's much easier to bring in a guy focused on defense, and offensive coordinators are much easier to come by. Muncie is a hostile environment. You can't expect a coach making only $2 million a year to waltz into Ball State and crush what is arguably one of top 100 teams in the FBS.
