What I want to see vs Ball State

IU had their back up QB in there and still managed 39 points.

Our offense had better have a field day.

I want see a butt whipping of BSU. Skip needs to prove to the fanbase that this is a viable program that can compete in the BE. If it is another boring display and a close game the fan support for the balance of the year will be nonexistent.

He needs to bring some excitement to the program so when we have BE home games he may actually have some fan support.

this. I wouldnt sleep on Ball St. Although IU isnt a great team, they are still a B1G team and BSU put up 42 on them on the road and won. We need to win comfortably to really send a message to everyone, our fanbase and all. I just want to see an efficient team who knows what they are doing. Not just, hey just make something happen!!

BSU is a better team then most of us think. With BJ at QB a win would be great. He could go out there and throw 4 INT's , you never know.

I would like to see a complete error free game, and a win .

1. Running game consistency (sets up the passing game)
   
   
2. screen passes to WRs. (Gives WRs an opportunity to make a play in space)
   
   
3. passes to the TEs (maintains LB and S integrity)
   
   
4. improved attacking defense (offense can help by getting 1st downs)

a win is not simply good enough. A win with quality play. A turn in the right direction. A defense that attacks and plays agressive holding the offense that shouldnt move freely down the field every possession. Guys rutgers had good wr's but they have a very bad offense compared to the rest of the league. It is as generic as it gets besides UCONN. We needed to make a statement and we did not. We need to see an offense that isnt built on deep passes and mistakes. We have always been a chuck it or run the qb offense. If done correctly a running qb can sustain a game. We must find Intermediate routes, slants, and throws across the middle develop if we want to win future games. If not we will see alot of blitzing.

Not to look pass Ball State but FSU appears to be really good. FSU will see it's first test this weekend against Clemson. FSU did a good job of exercising past deamons by beating wake forest who had their number in previous years.
