Like the concept to increase butts in the seats, ( More people usually is a better atmosohere)however As a season ticket holder like many others , I Can see feeling slighted. We pay our donations, than pay full value for tickets.. If Demand is low and they drop the prices those people who come once potentially get better seats at a cheaper price? Maybe if they apply this process they should upgrade the season ticket holders based on loyalty points before selling the discounted tickets, Let the discounted tickets sit in the worse seats and nose bleed sections.

You gotta take care of the donors and season ticket holders first or risk losing some or many( see the Buccanneers, had over 100,000 waiting list a few years back and now cant sell out a game and have weekly blackouts)

I'm sure there are preset minimums, but are there preset set maximums as well?

I'm a big fan of the BUTTS (Best Unsold Tickets To Subscribers) System. You just have to get them into the seats.I could do this all day.

We hate how empty our games are and feel as though as this is necessary to improve attendance. Even it is not successful, it is a unique attempt and feel like it can't hurt. I truly feel like this year could even be more magical overall although time will tell....

So if there is no demand will the ticket price be zero? I wonder what the floor is.

It appears the new system is working. I thought I read on here that ticket sales are up 5% this year.

Wonder how much dough we shelled out to this company to implement a ticket pricing structure that could had easily been done for free, assuming of course we still had an inhouse staff in the ticket office. Its not rocket science... charge higher for the FSU, Miami, UF, etc. games... charge a bit less for Rutgers, Pitt, and other Big East games that fall on Saturdays... and then basically give the tickets away for weeknight and cup cake games.

USF does the stupidest things sometimes... lets save money by firing our customer service rep's, and then let's turn around and take all of that savings and then some by outsourcing those jobs and a wad of cash to a ticket sales firm and a ticket pricing firm. Brilliant!

Noles could account for at least some, if not most of it!

Opening night (vs Chattanooga) should be very telling.
