If there's one thing the Big East does right, it's the Clambake (except for when they don't order enough lobsters for the linemen).

This needs to remain one of the traditions of the conference for many years to come.

They'll probably need to alternate between the clambake and BBQ's on a Dude Ranch as the conference evolves and the Media Day is maybe moved to accommodate the distant cousins.

A rib or steak eating contest in Texas could be fun!

Or the Clambake evolves into a Surf 'n Turf event.

I'm really surprised they ran out of lobsters again. Right now Lobsters are dirt cheap in maine. In fact, most lobster fishermen don't even go out to catch them, because the price is down so much.

I am going to bed tonight and say a little prayer that some earth shattering announcement will be made tomorrow that will rock the college football world. Doubt it will happen, but I can dream... Like the Big East is merging with the ACC or they struck a TV deal for a vast sum or lol, Notre Dame is joining in football or they hired Colin Powell, no, Norman Schwarzkopf, as the commish, LOL.

The General played half back.
