He made it seem like he wanted to be here so badly. We need that type of desire to come play. I hoping this is just something he already had planned. RD5 we need ya buddy! You pictured yourself as a bull and thats the kid we want. After watching his videos as well. If you think this kid cant run between the tackles your wrong. He is shifty and knows how to spin from first contact. He is not easy to take down. He will bulk up and still be faster than everyone. He will be a huge threat in the pass game as well. He's either telling Travis Johnson to avoid us or Lou. Apparently Lou is going after Travis now and Robert Davis is telling him to avoid them Edited January 22, 2013 by NinjaPenguin777

Some of the keys to success in life are to negotiate in good faith, make your decisions, and stick to your commitments. "Robert Davis- Recruiting Update Since early December when other schools started courting Butch Jones, it has been a whirlwind recruiting cycle for everyone associated with the University of Cincinnati’s football program, and the unexpected twists and turns appear as if they will continue right up until National Signing Day on Wednesday, February 6. Robert Davis at Carrollwood Day The latest development involves Robert Davis from Carrollwood Day High School in Tampa, Florida. The 5-foot-8, 160 pound running back officially visited Cincinnati the weekend of January 11-13 and named Cincinnati and USF as his leaders, but a trip to Memphis this weekend (January 18-20) changed that. “I’m really considering Memphis,†said Davis. “I really like that program and the coaches there. They’re on top right now.†Davis originally committed to Cincinnati at the end of July, but in mid-December (after Butch Jones left for Tennessee), Davis informed Bearcat Lair and others at 247sports that he had officially decommitted from UC to look at other options. South Florida, Memphis and Boston College were most notably mentioned as possible destinations. The all-purpose back was asked about USF. “They’re pretty much out of the picture,†said Davis. Davis was then asked if that was by his choice or theirs. “It was pretty much my decision. I just decided I’d be better off going outside the state (of Florida).†The speedy back indicated he would wait until February 6 (National Signing Day) to make his final decision.“I’ll be announcing on signing day,†he said.Despite being told that was a risky strategy because schools often can’t hold scholarships that late in the recruiting process, Davis replied, “I understand, but if a program really wants you, they’ll wait for you. If they decide to move on, that would be their loss.â€Davis has a 77 rating and is therefore considered a two star recruit at 247sports."
