I was reading the chat on Rivals last night and it seems like Kelsey is drooling over an offer from UF because he is a legacy. It seems like he's waiting for them to offer (which they probably won't) and when they don't, I think he'll take the next best offer.

It's an interesting tweet. I wonder if that means they're going to the same school or if he just mentioned them in the same sentence because we're targeting them both. The only offers I can see in common for them (based on Yahoo's offer list) is Utah, South Alabama, and USF. If they're both planning on going to the same school and both plan on taking scholarships (not walking on), then I would thing that bodes well for us (assuming that offer list is accurate).

He doesn't know yet I suspect. But it does seem to be an interesting coincidence..

I think you guys are reading too much into this. They go to the same high school, are friends/teammates and both know where they want to go to college. They are announcing at the same time; We get one of these two at best.
