Schiano is the poster child of a mediocre coach. He is a rah- rah energy guy that doesn't have a clue otherwise. He was massively overpaid and Rutgers was looking to get rid of him after the 2010 season. The Bucs just did Rutgers a huge favor. Schiano was always a product of his co-ordinators. He would make some fake FG call or go for it on 4th down.....but aside from that....all he did was recruit and made chopping motions on the sideline while acting like a squirrel. Sherman or Schottenheimer have forgotten more about football than anything Schiano knows. This will be good for USF in the short run....but long term it actually may be very bad for USF. The Bucs.....it still depends on who is OC and DC are.....but at this point, I would guess he will probably be lucky to win 5 games either season before him and Dominick are fired. If that were to happen I might change my opinion of the Schiano

Glad he is leaving though. It will help USF and hurt their recruiting badly.....
