When I saw it live, I thought she was giving the loser sign, I just didn't see it directed at the players. If she is giving it to the players, what an embarrassment.

Look at her hand. All of her fingers are up. The loser sign is given with only the fore finger and the thumb.

I've never seen a L for loser sign given with all fingers raised. The technical format for administering the L sign is to curl the middle, ring and pinky fingers so that the pointer finger and thumb are the only ones showing.
