you guys are way too negative - USF gives WVU fits every year. I am expecting a close hard fought game. Also, WVU has not played well on the road this year, and they struggle in Tampa (only one win in Tampa by WVU way back in 2005).

uh oh-- you just opened the flood gates to the whole streak breaking we've done this year also-- let's not get too excited about the winning streak at home versus WVU-- we've played them 3 times and home, winning the past two games in 2007 and 2009 but I bet everyone on the board thinks we can beat them.... the question is whether we will beat them

i wasn't referring to any streak, but now that you mention it, maybe you guys would be nice enough to break the 2 game home winning streak this year?

seriously though - look at the overall series - tied at 3 apiece, and most of the games have been pretty tight/close contests. i think USF views this as a game to always get up for, and WVU has not yet realized that USF kinda views us as a rival and is always ready to play when we face you guys. and you guys keep are good at bytch slapping us because we dont necessarily view you as a rival (in the traditional sense - i.e., the 104 yr. series we have with pitt).

i mention this on our boards every year that i hope our coaches and players are approaching this game with the proper respect for an opponent that can take it to us any time they line up across from us. my posts usually get stupid replies about i'm crazy, we dont have enough history to view USF as a rival blah blah blah, which totally misses my point that you guys DO approach this game with that mentality.

i expect nothing different this year. our defense is young and schitzophrenic - dont know what kind of performance to expect from one week to the next. and our OL is the same lethargic, fat and slow OL that got knocked on their collective azzes all last year, and a lot this year as well.

this game is definitely a toss up as far as i'm concerned.

I really really love my Bulls, but this is too funny. It really fits the program this year after all the 4th quarter meltdowns and fancy uniforms and helmets. This would be a perfect way to end this season.
