A lot of times, all it takes is for one blue-chipper to sign for others to take notice and do the same. Let's hope that this is just the start...

Looks like a nice signing but I don't see where he'd be considered a "blue chipper", though ...

Hawkins is a national top-100 recruit, according to ESPNU and CBSSports.com's rankings -- ESPNU has him at No. 89, while CBS ranks him 96th; Rivals.com has him at No. 116.

I always thought the almighty stars did and he's only a 3-star per Rivals and Scout but I'm definitely not complaining ...

didn't do as good of job chanting his name as we would have liked to like we did for Waverly and Musa but still signed

Is this commit on the dotted line and has he qualified? Don't mean to be a downer, but Heath's had so many near misses that Ill celebrate when he gets on the court here and meets his expectations.
