Gotta add some international flavor to this derailed thread. 

Derailed thread?  Only so because people are talking about bacon and sausage (fantastic in their own right) when this thread is supposed to be about PASTRIES.  Once again, for your viewing pleasure - the tough, the reliable, the unfailing .... CINNAMON BUN.
