Scout.com has him as a three-star recruit, and he's the first Hillsborough County prospect of USF's seven commitments for 2012. He led Plant City with 40 catches for 649 yards as a junior, with five touchdown receptions and another on a kickoff return. Here's a great video interview from the Times' John C. Cotey from March, in which Wiggins says his top three were USF, Texas Tech and LSU and lists Florida and Florida State among his offers. With just 14 seniors on scholarship this fall, the Bulls could be halfway done with their recruiting class two months before football season starts..Posted by Greg Auman at 11:54:23 am on June 28, 2011http://www.tampabay.com/blogs/bulls/content/another-big-one-plant-city-wr-wiggins-picks-usf#comments
