Trying to think of some big time guys that left in last couple years. The TE from plant that went to Georgia, Orson Charles, or maybe nukeese richardson. Who knows.

Trying to think of some big time guys that left in last couple years. The TE from plant that went to Georgia, Orson Charles, or maybe nukeese richardson. Who knows.

Neither one of those names makes since. Orson is a Junior this year at UGA, is playing regularly and is doing pretty well. Richardson is finishing up his second year at a JC right now. He is expected to make a move to a D1 school after this year and be part of a schools 2012 recruiting class so there is no need to be secretive about his status.

My best guess would be a florida boy that is currently at OSU or Michigan. There is a good possibility that OSU will undergo some sanctions by the NCAA in the near future and that could possibly allow a transfer to move without a bunch of red tape.  Michigan just went through a coaching change and their offensive philosophy is going to change drastically so it would make since for a kid to want to transfer out of there.

It was but that was also before UF removed the restriction that prevented Blakely from going to Auburn. Once he was able to go to Auburn he was on the first flight out. Can't fault Josh for that. Also, Josh is pretty tight with a lot of the prospects in the area from his days at the USF Scout site, ESS and now the 247Noles site so he has a few sources.

This is pretty much the case.  No one expected Muschamp to let Blakely go to Auburn.  It's very likely he would have wound up at USF with the restriction.

The one player who immediately came to mind for me is Nickell Robey at USC. However, he seems to be doing very well there and I haven't heard any recent rumors that he is looking to transfer.

On ESPN Radio today, I heard that USC seniors would be allowed to transfer without sitting out a year. I looked at their roster and found one senior on their roster who is from Florida. T.J. Bryant. It doesn't appear that we were on him as he was coming out of high school though. He graduated with BJ.

Josh said there was a 25% chance of the player in question asking for a release and i don't see him releasing a name until the player did so.  So really there won't be any news until the player requests a release.
