I would imagine this will go down in history as the longest thread ever for a Vanderbilt player on a USF board.

Like Triple B said......him picking Vandy is no slap in the face to USF. Iowa State would have been.....but going to one of the "Harvards of the South".....obviously education was higher on his list that football.

From a purely financial perspective on his part......it was probably the smart play....odds are he wasn't going to go to the NFL and a Vandy degree will probably open more doors to you than an ISU, Wake Forest or USF degree.
