I don't see the players rallying around him like they did for Grothe. Maybe it's the opposite.. BJ seems easy going to me.. He may not be abrasive enough. Matt didn't have problem with telling a team mate if there was a problem. A sign of a leader and competitor. On a side note, I don't remember seeing any of the 3 receivers, that were wide open, trying to help their QB out by waving or throwing their hands up to get his attention in the game Saturday. People who think plugging in either of those guys will "fix" anything will be in for a eye opening experience if we have to turn to either of those two this season.
