If I recall correctly, it cost about $1,000,000.00 to move it for the super bowl.

I don't think USF selling a few extra thousand tickets would cover that cost...

Ray Jay maxes out at 75,000 for Superbowls. The reason is the league mandates that number if you want to host a Superbowl.

They don't. They just add bleacher styled seating to the endzones to get the number of available seats to 75,000.
