I think we have proven with the right teams USF could fill RJay?

I'm certain it wasn't designed to be readily movable.

There is a better chance of them scattering three or four more pirate ships around the stadium to avoid local blackouts this coming season. Heck, the WHOLE STADIUM barely holds 65,000... and you're talking about more than 50% of that fitting on that little deck.If they wanted to add seats, they'd close the south endzone and make it a "horseshoe".... that might add 15 to 20,000 more seats... but if the Bucs can't sell out Ray Jay now, and they may not this year, why make it that much harder? If both end zones had permanent seating added, I think they might get 11-12,000 extra seats. They might be able to max out the stadium to 80,000 at most. USF's attendance won't really play into any idea of expansion. Honestly, the Bucs would have benefited from having one of the end zones expanded over the past decade, yet it did not happen. Outside of last year, selling 5,000 extra seats would have been easy. That said, scarcity helps to ramp up demand. If USF starts packing in RayJay week after week and people can't find tickets then it allows USF to raise prices and make more money. It also would probably drive a campaign for an OCS with a larger capacity, but they'd have to pull it off with a couple of years of full sellouts.
