They don't. They just add bleacher styled seating to the endzones to get the number of available seats to 75,000.

The ship certainly is not portable.  The Bucs wanted ~65k seats on purpose.  In fact, if I'm not mistaken, most new stadiums have around the same amount of permanent seating.

If I recall correctly, it cost about $1,000,000.00 to move it for the super bowl.

I don't think USF selling a few extra thousand tickets would cover that cost...

They dont move it the just put the seats around it
