Why is it automatically assumed that Rutgers will accept?  RU owns the refs in this conference, why would they abandon all of those payouts they've made over the years?  It' be like a mobster buying off all the judges and crooked cops in Tampa, only to move to Atlanta...  It doesn't make a lot of sense.

Yeah, but what did all that paying off get them? Zero conf championships and the list of bowls they went to the last 5 years is less impressive than even ours.... Maybe they figure they can get more bang for their buck in the Big 16 or whatever.

what is usf's position on expansion

has usf had talks with acc,sec and /or big east members

this is a time for leadership

I don't think they read this board .... Why not just drop them a note with your Bulls Club renewal.

How do you know that nothing is going on?

Unless you are now working out of the Big East offices you don't know what is going on there.

none of us are in the Big 10 office but it is pretty apparent something is going on

I think it is clear that the Big East and the school presidents have a clear plan of attack to deal with expansion.

Well if their office is run anything like the government or a regulating bureau....I imagine they are watching lots of porn. Or maybe I am getting them confused with the Big East offices.
