i think the whole deal with ford was because of franks and the ridiculous rotation

And skipping classes and not being in shape and not being healthy and not knowing the playbook ..... Other than that, though, it was all because of franks and the rotation.  ::)

Are you implying other coaches don't have a doghouse?

Give it into a week of spring practice and watch someone end up in Skip's.  May be a different size and shape but he has one too.

We're a relatively new and young fan base.

Agreed.

You can't forget about Leavitt's hard-on for playing seniors like Ben Williams and Mo Plancher, either.

Do we have to list all the Sr's that didn't start again ?

:Bang

Any players who have spent time there have a new lease on their football careers.

It may be a new doghouse, but it's usually the same old dogs that will inhabit it.

If they get in CSH's on their own accord I have no problem with that.  Leavitt's (and company) was practically impossible to get out of though.  Or so I've heard from former players...

How easy is it to get out of Skip's if you:

1. Skip class

2. Get arrested

3. Come into fall overweight

4. Don't do offseason conditioning

I feel confident that come September 5, someone will have done these things.

Mike Ford isn't the only player to have spent time in Leavitt's doghouse.

I wasn't writing all of them about Mike.

One of the bigger problems with Leavitt is that he never really pulled schollies or dumped the malcontents from the team.  I guaran-god-****-tee you that Holtz will.  Kids that are major problems should be dealt with accordingly.  As long as he applies it fairly to everyone, his team will be much better for it.  How would that affect APR?
