The effin hate when people compare the Buc and the Bulls.

College football is a totally different beast with a much more level playing field.

Dude, coaching is coaching. They have coaches in every sport. If a coach start to level off. He will be questioned.

I would not want Charlie Strong. I would take Dan McCarney over Strong in a heartbeat. There is a reason why UF got real good on defense during there last two years and it has to do more with Dan McCarney joinning that coaching staff. Even Urban Meyer himself has stated that Dan McCarney has made a big difference in the Gators defense.

He isn't going anywhere for awhile, but I would feel better if he brought in a OC from outside the program.

This offense we run is a joke.

I think the re-hiring of Canales as the OC was probably the most overlooked blunder by those who were calling for Gregory's head last year.  In all reality, there just haven't been any productive changes to play calling, apparent preparation, or consistent execution wen you compare this year's team to last year's.  I think it's apparent that CJL is here to stay awhile, for better or worse (for better I hope), but bringing in a fresh OC from outside the program gets my vote as priority numero uno.

I think the Canales-less Arizona Wildcats are ranked #18 or so...but what value are rankings, huh?

No way, FSU's problem now is all politics; too many chiefs, not enough engines.  It will make matters worse, either move on to someone else or ride this wave until it ends

you can't be serious saying that cfb is a much more level playing field than NFL.
