I sent the blogger, Heather, a note in which I pointed out we are 3-0, told her we beat CSU by the same margin UF did and gave her Daniels' and Tebow's stats to chew on. Here is a video of her. Maryland girl.

The only reasoning I would give is that only one of the 1-AA games counted towards bowl eligibility, so maybe that's why.  Whatever, we're still 3-0 in my book.

Florida State 31, South Florida 10: Bulls’ starting quarterback Matt Grothe is out, and that will be the difference, but South Florida will hang in for some time because many players will be playing with a recruiting chip on their shoulder. The Noles say they learned a lesson from their near letdown against Jacksonville State. They should be able to handle their recent success.

ESPN Big East Blogger Brian Bennett says:

Florida State 35, South Florida 20: You'd have to have a lot of gumption to pick the Bulls on the road, starting a new quarterback, against a Seminoles team that looked so impressive last week at BYU. Talent for talent, this isn't that big of a mismatch. But given South Florida's incredibly weak schedule to this point and B.J. Daniels' inexperience, I think this is the only reasonable outcome.

People putting no faith into BJ Daniels. This kid can AND WILL be a star after the FSU game.

I hope you are right, I think he wil be a star but man this is a tough

first start.

The whole team has to show up and play lights out, especially special teams.

Big East Network SNY expects it to be much closer:

South Florida at Florida St. -14.5: Again, the Seminoles have been very impressive this season, especially last week at BYU, and even in defeat to Miami. However, the South Florida Bulls are a very talented team and will have enough of an emotional edge to keep this close, if not win outright. Expect a late field goal to decide it. FSU 31-28
