question for donors

I moved into a section last year that required an annual donation and payed the donation at the same time as my tickets. this year I received the ticket renewal form that had the ticket price but not the donation ammount. Is the annual donation due at a different time? how does that work?

They usually separate the two.  I think those are due in a month or two....  Maybe May?    If in doubt, contact your ticket agent.

Yes.  Bulls Club (who gets the donations) are done separately.

It does get confusing sometimes.  They are collected at different times.  Also, the donation can sometimes be paid in installments too (I think it depends on the amount).

Your renewal notice should have your Account Rep's name on it. They are a great help with stuff like this ...

Bulls Club donations are usually do in January but we are on a 10 month payment plan ending in May or June.  The first year had to be paid up front but subsequent years (at least at Green Jacket level) can be paid in installments.

Ticket renewals (and parking passes) for football are due by April 15th (or close to that) - no payment plan on that.  Parking pass lot assignment requests are based on Priority Points.

Correct, Dad!  Annual gift renewals are due by May 15 of each year, and renewal notices will be out in the next week.    Thanks to all of you who support the Bulls in so many ways.  Hope to see you at spring sports!
