Mine got taken off the market last week:

Oregon names successor for football coach Bellotti

Chronicle News Services

Dec. 3, 2008, 12:58AM

PORTLAND, Ore. — Mike Bellotti is Oregon’s head coach for now. Chip Kelly has been picked to eventually replace the man who’s been leading the Ducks for the last 14 seasons.

How long until eventually comes is anybody’s guess.

Oregon became the latest school to name a coach-in-waiting, picking Kelly, in his second season as the Ducks’ offensive coordinator, as Bellotti’s successor.

Bellotti will become the school’s athletic director when he steps down. He said Tuesday he will coach the Ducks in their bowl game and continue to recruit.

Given USF's likely budget for an assistant coach, Heupel might fit under the wire.

Chip Kelly would have been way too expensive.

I think he's a lot of people's halfway realistic OC.

We need to pull someone at that sort of position from a school like Oklahoma, or we need to go and grab someone higher up but from the mid-majors.

I agree. find a young OC from a top ten offense in the lower divisions. championship div. d-2. I don't care. just make sure he is successful.

No more hiring off the unemployment line. Gregory was fired from Ohio after 2 years. He had one of the worst offenses in the MAC. Canales was fired from AZ after 2 years for having the 115th ranked offense.

Bulliever's pick, chip kelly, was OC at New Hampshire for 8 years(??) before oregon hired him. He ran one of the best offenses in the country at his level.

Oklahoma's former QB and current QB coach Josh Heupel.

sadly, he already makes more money as the QB coach at OU at $136,000 than our OC who pulls in $120,000 according to the numbers I could find out on the interweb.

Gregory makes $160k. $40 k raise last year. CJL has $100k more to work with this year for assistants. if he is really worth it to stoops then he won't let him go for what we can pay.

not sure we really need an unproven guy for the job anyway. WVU hired wake's qb coach and that's been a disaster. he is getting paid to learn on the job at the program's expense.

hire someone with experience. preferably someone who has been successful!!

Abilene Christian's OC (D-2) Ken Collums is young . 4th year as OC at ACU. 3 years as OC at central arkansas before that where they ranked in the top 10 offenses every year.Up for coordinator of the year in d-2

ranked 1st in the nation for scoring offense

ranked 1st in the nation for total offense

7th nationally in passing offense

16th nationally in rushing offense
