Our goal is to catch everyone watching the game both on field, opposing team, and tv off guard by activating glow sticks right before the opening kickoff and 2nd half kickoff. This will work only if we get enough participants. Glow sticks are roughly $2 each at Wal-Mart for the large ones and you will need two. We are teaming up with the band, Beefstuds and hopefully the scoreboard employees to signal the break of the sticks. If you are interested feel free to email the group, any administrator, or the group, "Everyone At USF." Please participate and spread the word. Our Bulls will need the encouragement toward the end of the season and especially against the higher ranked opponents. Not sure it would be very effective because of the daylight/stadium lights, but I like the idea if enough people did it. Similar to how hoops teams are introduced with the lights off.

A large glow stick could be considered a "projectile" and it would be a bummer if everyone has to throw them away at the gate.

I'm sure that the Bulls Clubs and Alumni could get athletics to make a request if they wanted this to take off - when the Lightning do it they get tons of press, great photo op.
