I don't see an SEC team or a Big 12 team running the table.Of course I don't see us doing it either the way we've been playing, but if we did run the table I think we'd have a shot if there weren't 3 undefeated. If UConn keeps playing like they have then maybe they could become our own version of Clemson, ASU, or Mississippi State.Even if we go undefeated it won't matter if USC, UGA has 1 loss, -Or- LSU or OU is undefeated as well. windbane Posted October 1, 2008 Group: Member Topic Count: 0 Content Count: 3,403 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 11/27/2005 Share Posted October 1, 2008 If 2 teams ahead of us go undefeated, then no. The only 1-loss teams that could stay ahead are Georgia, Texas-Oklahoma after 2 weeks from now if the loser doesn't drop below us, UF (ahead in Harris poll), and USC. UF and Georgia should lose again and USC's schedule isn't any better than USF's and actually could be worse. I hope Kansas can beat the winner of UT-OU and Mizzou. It's entirely possible and anyone that doesn't think so at this point is uninformed, imo.
