Good news.

It's sad that our OC was making less than all the CUSA OCs...  That's just sad.  This is a good step.  If we bump them up a little more we'll be able to attract some good coaching talent in at the assistant positions.

I can’t imagine how McCarny felt coming from head coaching salary to one of the lowest paid assistants in the NCAA.

Actually, he had to be paid that low if he was going to keep receiving those millions from his previous deal he had 4 years left on or something like that.

Just so I understand.  We are better than UCF because we gave our assistants a huge raise this year?  There are tons of reasons we are better than UCF (64 last year alone) but this is not one of them.

i don't really care for or respect the mickey mouse lingo. ucf sports aren't associated w/ disney. east orlando is only a few miles closer to lake buena vista than temple terrace is. it just sounds juvenile and ignorant.

i'll take ucif all day though. we have a lot of dudes that use if too much.
