1. What team would you like him to play for?

2. What team do you think would compliment his playing style the most?

3. If he went to the Patriots which CFN predicts below, how would you feel?

1 & 3.  Being from Maine, I'm a huge Pats fan and I would love to see Mike Jenkins play in the Super Bowl as a rookie.  That said, I don't think the Pats will take.  Belichick has made a career of building a top flight defense out of mid round picks and unheralded free agent signings.  I think they'll pass on Jenkins and take an OLB like Keith Rivers or Dan Connor.  Either way, they'll take a top 7 player and won't draft on need.

2.  I think Jenkins would be a good fit in Dallas but I could also see him playing in either Cincinnati, New Orleans or Chicago.  He's a good fit in any system.

I refuse to believe Mike is a 4.5 guy.  If he is everyone else is a 4.7 range.  Remeber Cinci catching Giddens from behind and the Kick Return(s).  Absolutely electric.

I don't want to see him in a Pats jersey either. Grew up a Dolphins fan so I've always disliked the Pats. Of course I'd like to see him in a Dolphins uni, but no way they take him #1 unless of course they trade down. We need help at the secondary...come to think of it, we need help everywhere.

why are u so concerned about what YOU would like?

personally, i'd like to see him go somewhere HE can be succesful, get some decent media exposure, and win a SB championship.

if that means New England, then so be it.  the chances of him getting either anytime soon on a team like the Dolphins are slim to none.

with New England, Mike could have the chance to play for a championship and get a little time in the spotlight almost immediately.

Kinda like Andre Hall when he was starting on a Bronco offense with Brandon Marshall?

Both played very well

I think there's also been discussion that the Pats would pick Jenkins b/c Samuel may be on the way out. So, in that case, a Bull would replace (or upgrade, depending upon your view...haha) a Knight.

It's not the Patriots team and/or organization that I dislike. It's having to listen to their pompous, classless fans all the time. They're the ones who ruin it.

Furthermore, I bet anyone who's a Patriots fan outside of the New England area was a fan of theirs prior to the three Super Bowls (when they were at or near the bottom of the AFC East nearly every year).  ::)

If pulling against the Patriots would make me a bandwagon hater, then I'd rather be that than pull for the Patriots or Red Sox.

Go Bulls, Bucs, Rays, Lightning...
