Am I missing something? They're talking about the carcare bowl not pizza bowl.

your way lost, the thread is about us going to pj bowl if we didnt get sun bowl bc cincy now has to go to the pj.com bowl since uconn is going to the car care. get it?

Probably. I doubt any bowl would want the same team back to back. And MCC would be against an ACC team.

Toronto/'Ham against the MAC/CUSA...a losing proposition as far as interest is concerned.

Then again...it will be interesting to hear the Cincy take on the PJ. Will it mirror the USF perception?

Why is UConn going to the Car Care bowl? Yeah they got a better conference record, but Cincinnati crushed them. So Cincinnati beats USF and UConn and goes to worse bowls than both. Sucks for them.

I also thought that we would get the Meineke if Cincy got the Sun, before today. Evidently, the Meineke people didn't think that Cincy being ranked #23 and UConn NOT being ranked at all, plus UConn finishing the season in a BLOWOUT loss, was STILL more deserving. We LOST to UConn, so I don't believe now we would have been selected over them. UConn was SECOND in the Big East and I guess that means more to them than Cincy [or us] with better ranking credentials. Of course, we probably will never really know one way or the other.

Sad day.  UConn does not belong in Charlotte, despite their record.  The ref's completely blew the Temple and Louisville game.  They beat us fair and square, though I still question that Cedric Hill hold. 

Cinncinnati belongs in Charlotte.

Cincy lost to Pitt and Louisville.

Uconn finished 2nd in conference.

To be perfectly honest.....

If all was fair (thank god it isin't)
