I agree. Looking at the current landscapes, there are no bowls north of the 37th parallel that are outdoors, except for the Humanitarian Bowl (or whatever they're calling it this week). Makes sense from a tourism standpoint, but put two conferences that aren't afraid to play in the cold (Big East [except us] and Big 10leven, for example) in a bowl in NYC, Philly, or Baltimore and I think you'll do just fine.

Or perhaps a bowl in Lucas Oil in Indy? it's enclosed for the weather sissies, and could be a good BE/B10 bowl matchup and it's not far from a few of our schools (Cincy, Loovul) and a decent trip for the rest.
