If WVU wins out and USF wins out.

USF goes to a BCS bowl, probably Orange Bowl against Florida Gators.

WVU goes to New Orleans for the National Championship against Oklahoma

Gators have two losses.  No way they are getting a BCS at large bid.  They are at risk at not even getting to the SEC champ game.

On the contrary; as many upsets as we're seeing this season, it is highly likely that a 2-loss, or even a 3-loss team will get an at-large invitation. Though I agree that Florida has a long uphill battle to be one of those teams.

a 1 loss big east team doesn not make the national title game.

but, USF still  has a great shot at BCS bowl.  Rutgers will need to lose 1 more conference game but their toughest games are still ahead of them with WVU and Louisville.

We just need to worry about winning our next game vs UConn.  Uconn is in first place in the big east right now (well until tonight, i dont see them beating Louisville)

That's right.  They would take a 2 loss LSU or USC before a 1 loss Big East team.

Right now UCONN and Louisville are the only teams that control their destiny in the big east (they win the big east if they win out)

Rutgers gets it if they win out and someone beats Cincy

Cincy gets it if they win out and someone beats Louisville

WVU gets it if they win out and USF loses another game

USF gets it if they win out and Rutgers loses another game

Louisville also controls their own destiny.  They are 1-1 in conference with their only lost to Syracuse who already has 2 losses.

Moron, Orange Bowl is ACC Champ. The only we play the Gators is in the Sugar Bowl

I'll let someone else deal with this one.  It's kind of funny though; in an unintentional way.

Wouldn't happen.  There would be a 2000 FSU-Miami redux (Miami beat FSU in the regular season, both teams ended with 1-loss, and FSU went to the title game, causing mass pandemonium among the media members).

You drink some funny stuff there. You have to beat ranked teams at some point in the 12 game season to get to the national championship. Feel free to list the ranked schools you've beaten this year.... That's right, you've beaten NOBODY!

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
