It wasn't running up the score it was answering the Media's questions about us.

Seconded. I left early, and I busted out laughing when I heard that Severino was coming in the game. Then he threw a touchdown pass, and it made it that much more hilarious

The play calling kind of made it running up the score. Throwing deep with a 38-point lead in the fourth quarter is not really honorable. But then again, it is UCiF and they had it coming.

Honorable? How honorable is it when you team GIVES UP! in the 4th quarter? Because that's what I saw from the what-chu-ma-call-it school (who's name doesn't deserve to be repeated on this fine message board). Their team just had it and could not stomach the rest of the game. You "run-up" a score when you are using your first string and not your 3rd. What are we supposed to do, say "We feel bad for them, let Timmy play"...this isn't pee-wee football folks. They got what was coming... :nutkick

Hey, can the Admin. for this board find a "smiley" that throws in the towel.

Its good to send them a message that we are so much better than them that they should just give up trying to compare themselves to us. Its really not even close anymore. Plus, we pulled grothe early in the 3rd quarter, its not our fault they are that bad.

I know, it must have been some of my leftover Catholic guilt that made me feel bad. But when it happened, I laughed my ass off and did a huge fist pump.
