Bad Boys. Bad Boys. Whatcha gonna do??

From ESPN...

Vick faces prison time after agreeing to plead guilty

Michael Vick's lawyer said Monday the NFL star will plead guilty to federal dogfighting conspiracy charges, putting the Atlanta Falcons quarterback's career in jeopardy and leaving him subject to a prison term.

The offense is punishable by up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine, although federal sentencing guidelines most likely would call for less.

Prosecutors, who were seeking a prison term of 12 to 18 months, have yet to formally agree to the plea, a source told ESPN's Kelly Naqi.

he could get up to 5 years, with no chance of appeal.  12-18 is likely, but this judge has a reputation for being harsher than the norm.

Does Georgia have the death penalty?  If they do they should hold a pay per view event where Bob Barker can spin a wheel to choose which executions.  Drowning, electricution or slamming him on the concrete.

I would want to see the the 3rd one.  what a dirt bag

No way .... I hope the NFL makes them eat the contract. Maybe pay it out to the ASPCA or Humane Societies around the country. McKay/Blank were idiots for giving that contract to him to begin with.

This took place in Virginia, not Georgia.

On another note, I am so tired of some people saying that we care about dogs more than people and the same outrage isn't there when a person is a victim.  If anyone did to people what Vick did to these dogs, he would most likely be put to death.  Conversely, if Vick just beat one dog, or even killed a dog, the charges would be much less than if it were a person.
