I wouldn't mind him on offense as long as he stops carrying the ball like a loaf of bread.

i think try him out in the defense, considering he has played qb he can read the opposing teams qb to figure out what he will do.

Most of he guys back there right now have just as much athletecism as Hill,

I'm going to go out on a limb here and respectfully disagree with that statement ...

plus they hav been playing the position for years.

At least two in the mix for next year are converted qb's, Gachette and Allen.

You are cetainly entitled to your opinion, Triple B....but what has Carlton Hill done so far??  Nothin.  Absolutely nothin.  Gachette & Allen look to be two guys who will be tremendous safeties.

Hill can still redshirt.

IMO neither Verpeale nor Williams will finish next year as starting safeties.

Allen and Gachette have more ability, and look out for Sinclair,

in my opinion Verpeale is not a big east safety.  he will see time in short yardage situations but i am not sold on his ability to tackle in the open field.

Agreed and agreed.

Don't know much about Sinclair other than what I have read on him, but he sounds good.

Verpaele can bring the wood, but his open field tackling and coverage skills are lacking at times.  He's inconsistent.

And Gachette is a HUGE safety!

just dont give him the ball, he is a fumble-ina.

Exactly, he's got the "hands" to play defensive back.   ;)

I didn't say he's actually done anything but as far as being a pure athlete, Hill would be one of the top ones on the team, IMO. I think he'd make a great rb .... if he could hold onto the ball.

Gachette & Allen look to be two guys who will be tremendous safeties.

And both of them are converted qb's just like Hill would be.
