The service at the Bull Ring is TERRIBLE... flipflop and I waited nearly an hour for our food.  I only ordered freaking buffalo chicken, for God's sake.

Eat somewhere else, then go to the Bull Ring.

Just being honest...I'm there because it is signing day and to hear what the boss has to say.

Next time (if there is a next time), why not complain to the manager/owners? I'm sure that if they get enough input, they'd have an incentive to change things, and if the service is unacceptable, they know they run the risk of losing these events to other venues nearby. It's not like the AA won't have a recap at the next meeting.

Just food for thought.  8-)

Who runs that place?  You'd think they would want to take care of their customers a little quicker.  I can see pissing off Gator fans, but Bulls fans?  C'mon Bull Ring get it together.........

Why complain?  It never does any good.  Ever eaten at Gator's Dockside?  I rest my case.

And yes, The Bull Ring's service does suck a big floppy donkey ding-dong.

You would think you could do both.listen to coach and have a pleasant meal with good service..and complaints have been made several times with little or no improvement..this is not something new with that place..

I don't think it's the waitstaff, to be honest... I think it's the speed of the kitchen.

They have some cutie waitresses, so I've never really noticed a problem.

^No, at Winghouse the cute waitresses make up for the lack of service (if there ever is any...I've never experienced any there).

The Bull Ring has no excuses.
