Also, as the QB coach he can help Grant learn the offense while Grothe is starting for a chance to start if Grothe gets hurt. Nahhhhh, nepotism has never been an issue in the work place.  :  To me it seems odd that Grants "Daddy" is on the coaching staff.  This comes from an engineer that had to train the bosses son-in-law AutoCAD and deal with his whiny "I'm over stressed 24/7" company secretary daughter and the querky spoiled son that has his own company given to him by "Daddy".  Maybe the picture is a bit clearer for you now T'jo.
