It's a good thing USF's name is being mentioned by a bunch of top, BigEast caliber recruits this summer, or not.  >:(

Who would want to come play for USF with the uncertain future of it's basketball coach?

Does that mean we don't have to hire Hernol Hall's old coach?

Hall said the decision came down to Cincinnati and Oklahoma, and said he valued Cincy over USF because he feels the Bearcats have a better team right now.

"They win more games than South Florida," he said. "I'm not saying USF isn't going to have a good team this season. I think Cincinnati is better right now."

Honest evaluation .............. He's only got two years to play and he believes his chances are better to win now, there .... I don't blame him ....... Hopefully, though, these quotes find their way to our team next winter. We can use every little bit of help we can get.

The list gets longer every year (those recruits who jilted USF). But there's no shortage of Bulls fans to get in line when we hear of a high-profile recruit.

Though, I admit I got out of this pretty early when I read his interview. I just didn't like the guy's tone.

Btw, Howie was seen over on the Oklahoma board discussing Hernia Hall. Poor Howie... I feel your pain, Brother Bull.

I had a feeling he wasn't coming because the news up here had him all over Cincy. Best of luck to him, it would have been nice to have someone that can step into S. Jones' shoes eventually.
