No one wants to get used to typing POCS (practically on campus stadium) ;)

Ideally (if just picking up and moving things was an option, which we all know it's not) it would make sense ot move our med school facilities to the former mall location and keep a stadium on our side of BBD.

 I wonder if, in acquiring the mall, they would take out University Square Drive and those apartments for additional student housing or allow that disconnect between campus and other campus property.

How could the mall property be aquired other than by someone donating it to USF?

No offense guys, but that land is not in the greatest neighberhood, I would not want to have to go there for game days, there is plent of room on campus, besides, we dont have the money for this...

Not only that, but over priced.  They're not just selling land, but the building too.  That building is of little use to USF without MAJOR renovations.

If you ask me, the mall is on it's last legs.  Once the new malls up in the Wesley Chapel/New Tampa area open, stores from University Mall will relocate faster than you could think, sinc eht population center is further north.

Offense taken and not appreciated.

USF is next door, so USF is "not in the greatest neighberhood".

So it is ok for minorities from a lower income bracket to play football for your enjoyment as long as you do not have to visit their neighborhood to see them play?

Is "I like poor people and minorities - as long as they do not live next to me" your moto?
