Have a little faith! From 1-11 to 7-6 in one year? Even if we get half the improvement…that would be 10-3! That could put us in the aac championship game and send us to a CFp game! Smu is gone, so the top 2 aac teams should  b Tulane and utsa…utsa had one loss in conference…

Rooting for Miami to beat U of F to start the year. Two patsies follow, so UM would come in at 3-0. The week after us they play VA Tech I believe, so hopefully VaTech is doing well and Miami takes us for granted, looking ahead to the VaTech game. That may set things up for a great game n potential upset.

I can understand that argument…but the hurricanes were such an interesting squad last year…the beat tamu and Clemson , but they lost to gtech…

Ga Tech was better than any team we beat. They were also better than multiple teams we lost to.

Outside of Rice, we have the most returning production. And even with Rice, they lost their QB and top receiver. The Alabama that beat us is only returning 50% of that team. I feel that none of our transfer losses will hinder our team. I feel we upgraded or already had somebody better than all of our departed transfers.

Regarding returning production, I'm surprised the 3 academies are so different.  You would think they would be similar with the way they graduate officers over a 4-year program and there would not be many players in the portal??  Why do you think the disparity?

Memphis is the team to beat.

We have a legitimate shot this year.

“In my mind, I’m kind of like, ‘OK, excuses over'. We know what we need to do. We’ve got the right team together, and now we move forward, and we’ll evaluate and be accountable to each other, including myself, from this point forward.”
